The Model
VC-90 is a single bottle tester based upon the same patented technology used in
the Model VC-105 Automated Bottle Vacuum Testing System.
A vial or bottle is placed in the test compartment,
and a high frequency, high voltage is applied in conjunction with a momentary
light from a flashtube. Sensing circuitry determines whether the gas in the container
has ionized, indicating a sufficient vacuum. After the test, a Accept or Reject
lamp is lit. No operator controls or complicated indicators to read. An enhanced
model features a metered output. |
